摘要
研制出一种热连轧机精轧支承辊用新材料,通过试验测定了该材料的CCT曲线、淬火和回火加热温度,并测试了该钢种的各项性能。结果表明,通过强化淬火热处理冷却工艺方法,获得(马氏体+下贝氏体)基体+(M7C3+MC)型碳化物的金相组织,提高了支承辊耐磨性和抗接触疲劳强度,达到支承辊轧制周期延长一倍的目标。
The new material for backup roll of hot continuous finishing rolling mill has been researched. It has been performed tests to measure OCT curves, heating temperature when quenching and tempering for the material and inspected various properties of the steel grade. The results show that the metallographic structure of ( martensite + low-er bainite) matrix and ( M7 C3 + MC) carbide are obtained by strengthening cooling process of quenching heat treatment to improve abrasion resistance and contact fatigue strength of backup roll and make twice rolling period for backup roll.
