摘要
采用低倍、断口、扫描电镜能谱分析等手段分析确定支承辊出现外露夹杂的原因。通过提高钢水纯洁度,严格清理中间包,可以有效防止外露夹杂的产生。
This paper analyzes the reason of exposed inclusion occurred in backup roll by macroscopic examina-tion ,fracture test and SEM energy spectrum analysis. The exposed inclusion can be effectively avoided by improving molten steel purity and strictly cleaning tundish.
