摘要
红外无热化设计效果检测仪是为测量红外光学系统的无热化设计效果而研制的仪器,该仪器可以直接测量红外光学系统焦距随温度的变化量。自动调焦是该仪器测量被测红外光学系统无热化性能的重要步骤。文中综合考虑聚焦位置处图像清晰度和目标光斑的特征,提出了一种改进的自动调焦算法。以红外无热化设计效果检测仪为平台,进行了该算法实验研究,实验表明,与传统调焦算法相比,该算法调焦精度更高,具有更好的灵敏度。
IR athermal design effect tester is a device developed to measure the effect of IR athermal design, which is capable of measuring the shift of the IR optical system' s focus responded to the temperature change directly. Auto-focusing is a critical step of IR athermal performance measuring for the device. Based on a comprehensively considered over the features of images sharpness and the target facula at the focal point, an improved auto-focusing algorithm is presented in the paper. Comparisons between the proposed algorithm and conventional algorithms are executed in experiments under the IR athermal design effect tester. The results of experiments prove that this algorithm achieves higher precision and more satisfactory sensitivity.
