不同油菜品种对菌核病抗病性差异的生理生化分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了探讨不同油菜品种对菌核病的抗病机制,以2个抗病品种中油821、德油5号和2个感病品种皖油14、杂优1号为材料,采用草酸浸叶以及不同致病力的核盘菌菌株NG4、WW2接种不同抗性的油菜品种后,对其叶片中丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律进行分析。结果表明,未接种时4个油菜品种MDA含量差异很小,接种发病后抗、感材料MDA含量均增加,但感病材料MDA含量明显高于抗病材料,且上升的幅度大。未接种时抗病材料Pro的含量高于感病材料,接种发病后Pro含量都上升,但抗病品种明显高于感病品种。可溶性糖含量都是先升高后降低,感病品种上升幅度显著高于抗病品种。接种后,抗性品种接种后24 h可溶性蛋白的含量达到最低值,48 h达最大值,后下降但高于对照。感病品种的含量24 h达到最大值,后降低。 In order to explore the resistance mechanism of different rapeseed varieties to Sclerotinia scle- rotiorum, we chose two resistant varieties (Zhongyou 821, Deyou 5) and two susceptible varieties (Wanyou 14, Zayou l) as experimental materials for analyzing the content changes of malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro), soluble sugar and soluble protein (SP) after inoculation with different virulence of S. sclerotiorum isolates NG4, WW2 and oxalic acid treatment. The results showed that the content of MDA in the resistant and susceptible ma- terials had no significant difference. After infection, all increased and MDA in susceptible varieties grew more significantly than that of resistant varieties. Contents of Pro in the resistant varieties were higher than that in the susceptible varieties when non-vaccinated. After inoculation, all increased and resistant varieties grew more sig- nificantly than that of susceptible varieties. The content of soluble sugar was first increased and then decreased, and susceptible varieties grew more signiftcantly than that of resistant varieties. The content of SP in resistant va- rieties reached a minimum value 24 hours after inoculation, reached the maximum 48 hours after inoculation, and then decreased but was still higher than that in the control. The content of SP in susceptible varieties reached a maximum value 24 hours after inoculation, and then decreased.
