摘要
采用日立L-8800氨基酸分析仪测定了4个中籼稻不育系、8个中籼稻恢复系及由此配制的10个杂交稻F1代糙米氨基酸含量。结果表明,杂交稻F1稻米各组合间氨基酸含量有一定差异,10个F1中,以明两优6号、绿敏S/4HZ021和绿敏S/凤恢35氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量最高,绿敏S/4HZ021赖氨酸含量最高,明两优6号亮氨酸含量最高;F1代氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量(色氨酸未测)均高于双亲含量;母本中以绿敏S为好,用此母本选配的杂交组合氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量相对较高,绿102S为母本的组合在所有组合中最低;父本对F1代氨基酸含量影响受母本所控制,需考虑配合力等因素。
The amino acid contents in brown rice of 4 medium-maturity indica sterile lines (ISL), 8 me- dium-maturity indica restorer lines (IRL) and 10 F 1 hybrid rice were analyzed by HITACHI 8800 type auto-amino acid analyzer. The results are as follows. Amino acid contents in brown rice among F1 hybrid generation are dif- ferent, of which, the total amino acids (except tryptophan) and essential amino acid contents of Mingliangyou 6, combination of Lvmin S/4HZ021and combination of Lvmin S/Fenghui35 are higher. Lysine content in combina- tion of Lvmin S/4HZ021 is the highest. Leucine content of Mingliangyou 6 is the highest. The total amino acids (except tryptophan) and essential amino acid contents in F 1 hybrid rice are higher compared with their parents, and that of hybrid combinations using Lvmin S as the female parent are the highest, while those using Lv102S as the female parent are the lowest. The influence of male parent on amino acid contents of brown rice in F1 generation was controlled by the paired maternal parent. At the same time, we should consider combining ability and other factors.
