摘要
目的:研究中药土萆薢的化学成分。方法:主要采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振等波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到四个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十烷酸(eicosanoic acid,Ⅰ)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅱ)、大黄酸(rhein,Ⅲ)和β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax japonica Kunth. Methods: The compounds were extracted by organic solvent and separated with chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by means of physical & chemical constant and IR.MS. NMR spectral method respectively. Results:Four compounds were isolated from the plant. They were identified as eicosanoic acid( Ⅰ ), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid( Ⅱ ) ,rhein( Ⅲ ) and 13-sitosterol- 3-О-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ). Conclusion:Compound ( Ⅰ ) was isolated from the plant for the first time.
