摘要
利用三维流体动力学(CFD)仿真软件FIRE,建立了二冲程柴油机气缸直流扫气三维模型,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了扫气口设计参数对换气过程的影响,对不同的气口设计方案下的气缸内残余废气浓度随曲轴转角的变化过程作了细致的描述,并对扫气口径向倾斜角的变化对换气过程的影响做了更进一步的探讨。
By using FIRE, the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, a 3D model of uni-flow seavenging of two stroke diesel engine cylinder was set up, with which the influence of intake design parameters on the scavenging process was studied by numerical simulation, giving a detailed description about the changing process of the gas flow field and exhaust gas concentration in cylinder with crank angle under different air intake port designs. And a filrther study was done on the effect of the changes of intake port inclination in radial on the scavenging process.
