摘要
营养补充,特别是运动中能量的供给是体能训练效能最大化的保障。综述了国内外运动员碳水化合物摄入被忽视的现状,分析了碳水化合物供给不足对运动员机体代谢和体能恢复的危害,从不同角度阐述了运动员需要采用的不同的碳水化合物补充策略。
Strength training has been paid high attention to in competitive sports. Nutrition, especially energy supplement is the guarantee for maximizing the efficiency of strength training. In this article, the neglected status of carbohydrate intake of domestic and foreign athletes was overviewed. The harm of carbohydrate intake in short supply for metabolism and recovery of athletes was demonstrated. The carbohydrate intake strategy for various sport events was elaborated from different perspectives.
