人性化护理在军队疗养院门诊部工作中的应用

目的探讨人性化护理在军队疗养院门诊部中的实施效果。方法借助军队疗养院特有优势,强化以人为本服务观念,广泛开展温馨服务、亲情服务、细节服务等人性化服务举措。结果进一步提高了护理服务质量和整体护理水平,融洽了护患关系,提高了患者满意度。结论军队疗养院实施人性化护理是适应新时期、新阶段疗养员日益增长的医疗服务需求的重要举措,有利于规范护理服务标准,提升护理队伍素质,树立良好的窗口服务形象。

Objective To investigate the effect of implementing humanized nursing in clinic of the military sanatorium.Methods With the unique advantages of the sanatorium, to strengthen the people-oriented service conception and to widespread the humanized service mea-sures such as warm service, family service, detail service and so on.Results The quality of nursing service and the overall standard of nursing was further improved, harmonious relationship between nurses and convalescents was developed, and the patient satisfaction rate was boosted.Conclusion Implementation of humanized nursing at military sanatorium is an important measure to meet the growing de- mand for medical convalescent services in the new era, which will be helpful to regulate the nursing service standards, to improve the qual- ity of the nursing team, and to establish a good image for the public.
