Brief Analysis on Water Cooled Wall Abrasion in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler and Prevention Measures

针对我厂循环流化床锅炉运行中水冷壁管磨损部位和原因进行分析、总结,并提出相应的防范措施,以延缓锅炉水冷壁管的磨损,延长锅炉的运行周期,保证锅炉安全、经济、稳定运行。

This paper proposes corresponding prevention measures according to the location and cause analysis and conclusion of the water cooled wall abrasion in the operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler in our plant in order to delay abrasion of the boiler water cooled wall and the operation period of the boiler and guarantee safe, economic and stable operation.
