糖皮质激素受体基因多态性与激素敏感性及结缔组织病的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 糖皮质激素受体(glucocorticoid receptor,GR)是细胞内能与糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)特异结合并产生生物学效应的位点。GR在体内分布广泛,具有重要的生理作用,其功能如同一个转录激活因子。自1968年Munk和Shauburg等应用放射配体结合分析法首次证实大鼠胸腺细胞中存在GR以来,大量研究证实绝大多数动物或人体细胞内均存在GR,GC和GR结合后,在细胞内调节基因表达,进而产生一系列生物效应。GR基因突变在1991年首次被报道,至今在人类已有许多GR基因的突变被描述。现在已发现人GR(hGR)基因结构的多态性与糖皮质激素敏感性相关,同时与自身免疫病、心血管及脂质代谢相关。
