维生素D维生素D受体与骨代谢 被引量:4

摘要 维生素D主要包括维生素D2(麦角钙化醇)及维生素D3(胆钙化醇)。高等动物表皮和皮肤组织中的7-脱羟胆固醇经紫外线照射产生成维生素D30维生素D受体(VDR)是介导有生物活性的维生素D发挥生物效应的核内生物大分子,属于类固醇激素受体,其功能反映了活性维生素D的功能。VDR在人体内广泛分布,如甲状旁腺、肠道、肾脏、骨骼、血液淋巴系统等。活性维生素D是近年的研究热点,其作为一种激素形式对多个系统发挥生物学作用,可促进肠道对钙磷的吸收,减少肾脏排出,从而增加血钙、磷浓度,对成骨细胞及破骨细胞均有调节作用。
