百强企业变迁对中心城区经济发展的启示——以深圳市罗湖区为例

The Enlightenment of the Top 100 Enterprises Changes on the Economic Development of the Central Urban Area:Taking Luohu District of Shenzhen City as an Example

大型企业尤其是百强企业往往是一个地区经济发展的中流砥柱,是地区经济发展的缩影,大企业的变动代表地区产业结构转型升级的方向,成为地区经济发展的风向标。以深圳市中心城区罗湖区全国第一次、第二次经济普查资料为基础,以法人企业营业收入作为排名标准,对百强企业发展及变迁特征进行剖析,并对中心城区经济发展提出相关启示。

Large enterprises,especially the top 100 enterprises are often the backbone of regional economic development for a region,or a microcosm of the regional economic development.Any changes in large enterprises represent the regional industrial structure upgrading and the direction of the regional economic development.Base on the first and second economic census data of Luohu district in Shenzhen,this paper takes corporate enterprises operating income as the ranking standard to analyze the characteristics of the top 100 enterprises changes,and the enlightenment for central urban economic development is also proposed.
