基于AHP方法的我国“十二五”期间绿色经济发展研究

The Empirical Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation System for Green Economy Development for the Twelfth Five-year Plan

"十二五"是我国绿色经济发展的关键时期,绿色建筑、绿色能源、绿色交通和绿色工业是绿色经济发展的支撑产业。根据我国"十二五"期间绿色经济发展的纲要和规划,构建了我国"十二五"期间绿色经济发展的综合评价指标体系,并运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,实证分析了现阶段我国绿色经济的发展状况与主要任务,为"十二五"期间绿色经济的可持续发展提供了重要依据。

The twelfth five-year period is critical for the development of green economy in China.Green building,green energy,green transport and green manufacturing sectors are regarded as supported industries.According to the major plans of China’s Twelfth Five-year Plan,an evaluation system for the green economy growth in the five-year period is built,and Delphi method and AHP are employed for the empirical research on the current status and the major tasks of green economy growth.It provides important reference for the sustainable development of green economy in twelfth five-year period.
