摘要
企业家精神是企业核心竞争力的重要来源。对中国国有企业来说,企业家精神的培育更显重要,也是解决当前改革与发展困境的一个现实切入点。培育企业家精神要从提高环境自由度和继续深化国企改革两方面着手,建议政府要从精神文化层面弘扬创新精神,适时破除行政垄断,完善经济法制建设;从国企委托-代理关系层面,继续深化激励与约束机制改革,诱致企业家精神产生,实现国有企业效用目标并形成核心竞争力。
Entrepreneurship is the important source of enterprises’ core competitiveness.For state-owned enterprises,the cultivation of entrepreneurship is important.it is a realistic breakthrough point for state-owned enterprises to resolve puzzles in reform and development.Fostering the entrepreneurship need to set about from improving freedom and continuing to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.From the level of spiritual and cultural,the government should promote the innovative spirit,break administrative monopoly timely,and improve the construction of economic legal system.From the level of state-owned principal-agent relation,the government need to deepen the reform of selection and restraint mechanisms,lure to the generation of entrepreneurship,realize the goal of utility of state-owned enterprises and the formation of the core competitiveness.
