摘要
采用情绪工作量表和症状自评量表,探究保险公司员工情绪工作对心理健康的影响。研究结果表明:保险公司员工情绪工作的表面行为和深度行为之间存在落差;员工的表面行为和深度行为落差大,对员工的心理健康会造成负面影响;表面行为和深度行为趋于一致,对员工的心理健康不会造成影响。
This study uses the emotional work questionnaire and symptom checklist to inspect the insurance company employees’ emotional work influence on mental health.The results of this study show: insurance company employees existence dropping variance emotion work between the surface behavior and the depth behavior;employee’s behavior of the surface and depth of behavioral gap,on the mental health of the staff will have a negative impact;surface behavior and depth behavior tends to be consistent,the mental health of employees will not be affected.
