低频纵向磁场对堆焊层硬度及耐磨性能的影响

摘要 采用埋弧堆焊技术在母材表面堆焊特种材料,通过大量的工艺试验及对焊缝宏观参数的测量,研究了在外加纵向磁场的情况下,激磁电流及磁场频率对焊缝成形、堆焊层硬度以及对堆焊层耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,外加低频磁场在激磁电流1.5 A,磁场频率10 Hz下,电磁搅拌可以有效地减少柱状晶特征,有效地提高堆焊层熔敷金属的硬度。 Submerged arc hardfacing was used.By a lot of tests and measurement of the hardfacing parameters,the influence of longitudinal magnetic field current and magnetic field frequency on the weld formation,hardness,and wear-resistance were studies.The experimental results indicate that low-frequency longitudinal magnetic field at the exciting current of 1.5 A and the magnetic field frequency of 10 Hz can increase the deposited metal hardness effectively and improve hardness and wear-resistance of hardfacing layer.
