49例慢性鼻窦炎的鼻内镜手术治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of 49 Cases of Chronic Sinusitis with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗方法对慢性鼻窦炎的临床治疗效果。方法对2010年1月至2012年1月到我院耳鼻喉科接受治疗,并确诊为慢性鼻窦炎的患者。按照患者对治疗手段的意向分为鼻内镜手术治疗组和常规手术治疗组,每组各49例。结果从患者好转率、并发症发生率、患者依从性和满意度等方面比较来看,鼻内镜手术治疗组明显优于常规手术治疗组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性鼻窦炎过程中应用鼻内镜手术治疗方法,可以有效地提高患者好转率,降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者依从性,改善患者及其家属的满意度,此方法值得在临床治疗慢性鼻窦炎上全面推广使用。

Objective To investigate the nasal endoscopic surgery treatment of chronic sinusitis in clinical treatment.Methods January 2010 to January 2012 for treatment to hospital ENT and diagnosed as chronic sinusitis patients.In accordance with the intention of the patients the treatment is divided into endoscopic sinus surgery group and the conventional surgery group,49 cases in each group.Results The improvement rate from the patient,the complication rate,patient compliance and satisfaction aspects,endoscopic sinus surgery was significantly superior to conventional surgery group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of chronic sinusitis in the process of application of endoscopic sinus surgery treatment can effectively improve patient improvement rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient compliance,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,this method is worth promote the use of the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis.
