瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注诱导时的量效分析

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注诱导剂量下血液动力学的变化。方法选取择期静脉全麻手术患者60例,观察组30例患者采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注,在异丙酚血浆靶浓度为3μg/mL的基础上,瑞芬太尼的血浆靶浓度在2μg/L到6μg/L之间以2μg/L为间差逐渐增加,直至患者意识消失;对照组30例患者则仅采用异丙酚静脉靶控输注。后对两组患者的血液动力学进行分析比较。结果观察组各组(G1、G2、G3)的血液动力学指标基本都显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的量效分析表明以3μg/mL异丙酚复合4μg/L左右的瑞芬太尼能够较好地控制患者的气管插管反应。结论瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚靶控输注诱导能够明显减少异丙酚的用量,且通过选取合适的配比能够达到满意的临床效果。
