摘要
目的对应用α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊对生殖道HR-HPV感染的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取192例生殖道HR-HPV感染患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组96例。对照组患者采用保妇康进行治疗;治疗组患者采用保妇康与α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合进行治疗。结果治疗组患者的病情控制效果明显优于对照组;出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组;治疗后症状再次复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊对生殖道HR-HPV感染的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective to application ofα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule on reproductive tract infection HR-HPV patients were clinical therapeutic effect analysis.Methods a total of 192 cases of genital HR-HPV infection cases,divided into control group and treatment group,96 cases in each group the average.Control group was treated with Baofukang treatment;patients in the treatment group with Baofukang andα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule combined therapy.Results the treatment group patients with disease control effect is better than the control group;the adverse reactions were fewer than those in control group;after treatment of symptomatic relapse rate was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion The application ofα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule on reproductive tract infection HR-HPV patients clinical effect is very obvious.
