经皮克氏针髓内固定治疗儿童胫骨中段骨折

Percutaneous Kirschner Wire Intramedullary Fixation of Children Tibia Fractures

目的探讨克氏针髓内闭合复位固定对儿童胫骨中段骨折的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取60例儿童胫骨骨折患者,其中男女比例为4∶1,单双侧骨折比例为11∶1,年龄跨度4岁(5～9岁),均采用克氏针闭合复位内固定治疗。结果本组病例均获得12～36个月随访,其中切口并发症,继发骨折移位及内固定失效或断裂的发生率均为0%;60例患者的65处骨折均全部愈合,时间为6～9周不等(平均7.3周);无延迟愈合、骨不连,旋转畸形及下肢短缩或过度生长的发生。结论采用克氏针治疗儿童胫骨中段骨折符合生物学固定原则,创伤小,并发症少,疗效满意。

Objective Explore Kirschner intramedullary closed reduction and fixation of the clinical therapeutic effect on the middle of the children＇s tibia fractures.Methods We randomly selected 60 cases of children tibia fracture patients,male to female ratio of 4：1,unilateral and bilateral fractures of the ratio of 11：1,4-year-old age span（5-9）,both Kirschner closed reduction and internal fixation treatment.Results The patients were 12-36 months follow-up,including wound complications,secondary fracture displacement and fixation failure or fracture incidence was 0%;60 patients with 65 fractures healed,time 6-9W ranges（average 7.3 W）;without delay healing,nonunion,rotational deformity,and lower limb shortening or overgrowth occurred.Conclusion the middle of the Kirschner wire treatment of children with tibia fractures in line with the principle of biological fixation,trauma,fewer complications,the results were satisfactory.
