胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效研究

Clinical Research of Thymosin Combined with Interferon Treatment for Genital Warts

目的探讨胸腺肽联合干扰素在治疗以及预防尖锐湿疣复发中的作用及其不良反应。方法将本院收治的96例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为A、B、C三组,均使用微波治疗仪行凝固术,三组患者术后分别给予胸腺肽、干扰素、以及胸腺肽联合干扰素的治疗。评价三组患者的临床疗效,随访6个月后,比较三组患者的复发情况及不良反应。结果 A组患者有效率、复发率为84.4%、31.3%,B组患者有效率、复发率为87.5%、28.1%,C组患者有效率、复发率为93.8%、15.6%,有效率、复发率A组与B组无显著差异(P>0.05),而C组有效率显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05),复发率显著低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。三组患者的不良反应轻微。结论在微波治疗基础上,给予患者胸腺肽联合干扰素的治疗能够显著提高疗效,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of thymosin combined with interferon in the treatment and prevention of recurrence for genital warts and its adverse reactions.Methods 96 cases of genital warts were randomly divided into group A,B,C,and they were treated with microwave coagulation,while three groups of patients were given thymosin,interferon,thymosin in combination with interferon respectively.Then evaluate the clinical efficacy,recurrence and adverse reactions between three groups.Results The efficacy rate and the recurrence rate of group A were 84.4%,31.3%.The efficacy rate and the recurrence rate of group B were 87.5%.The efficacy rate and the recurrence rate of group C were 87.5%,93.8%,15.6%.There was no significance between group A and group B in the efficiency and recurrence rate（P0.05）,while efficiency rate of groups A was signicantly higher（P0.05） and its recurrence rate was signicantly lower（P0.05）.The adverse reactions are mild.Conclusion On the basis of microwave therapy,giving patients with the Thymosin combined with interferon therapy can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce the relapse rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
