临床应用胺碘酮对患有心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的治疗中护理

Nursing of Clinical Application of Amiodarone on the Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure Combined with Cardiac Arrhythmia

目的研究分析临床应用胺碘酮对患有心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者治疗的过程中护理方法和效果,以便临床对心力衰竭合并心律失常患者进行更加有效的治疗和更好的护理。方法选取我院自2009年8月至2011年1月患有心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者100例,随机分成两组,每组50例,分别称为观察组和对照组,观察组采用胺碘酮进行综合性针对性护理,对照组采用胺碘酮进行常规护理。结果观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异具有显著性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用胺碘酮对患有心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的治疗效果很好,采用针对性护理干预可以让患者的治疗效果更好,对患者的治疗有很大的好处。

Objectives Researching and analyzing the nursing methods ans effect of clinical application of amiodarone on the treatment of patients with heart failure combined with cardiac arrhythmia,to make patients with heart failure combined with cardiac arrhythmia treated more effectively and nursed better.Methods 100 patients with heart failure combined with cardiac arrhythmia treated in our hospital from August 2009 to January 2011 were selected and divided into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,each group for 50 cases.The observation group applied amiodarone for comprehensive nursing,and the control group used amiodarone for conventional nursing.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better evidently than that of the control group.The difference was evident and had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical application of amiodarone on the treatment of patients with heart failure combined with cardiac arrhythmia has good treatment effect.Adopting pertinent nursing intervention can make the treatment effect better and has good advantage on the treatment of patients.
