中国城市全要素能源效率在考虑环境因素前后具有明显的差异,调整后的malmquist指数普遍低于调整前的值;环境约束下的城市全要素能源效率增量具有沿海城市上升、内陆城市下降的特征;收敛性分析表明沿海城市趋于增强,内陆城市趋于恶化。

The obvious difference has taken place on urban energy efficiency of total factor productivity in China considering environmental influence, and the malmquist index after is lower than the before generally and obviously. It shows the following characteristics that coastal city is rising, but inland city declining for urban energy efficiency Under the environmental restriction, and the convergence analysis indicates that coastal cities tend to be enhanced, but the inland city tend to worse.
