摘要
所谓亚太格局，是亚太地区国家在生存与发展中形成的一种地区性的、表现较为稳定的国际秩序，这种秩序得到了该地区内大多数国家的认可。这种认可其实就是区内各国在维护秩序稳定运行中所具有的地位及其发挥的作用得到了承认。在这种秩序建立和稳定运行过程中，大国起着重要的作用。因为秩序是靠实力支撑的，大国对秩序的构建与维护发挥着重要的影响。在格局转换过程中，经常伴随着动荡发生。动荡是格局调整或重建过程中一个重要标志。
