多层住宅“千年虫”——不容忽视电梯位的预留

多层住宅增设电梯是新世纪人们改善生活的必然。但当今绝大多数多层住宅忽视了电梯位的预留。这种忽视及其产生的负面结局与计算机当初由于年份设置上的疏忽而产生的后患有极其相似之处 ,故特借“千年虫”

Electrical lift added in the multi story building is historically necessary. However, it is regretted that most designs of multi story buildings have neglected the reserved room of electrical lifts. The negligence and its bad conclusion is very similar to the Y2K in computer. We hope that architects pay attention to the problem.
