摘要 针对TC4薄壁结构易产生显著的焊接变形问题,采用随焊冲击旋转挤压工艺来控制TC4薄壁结构的焊接变形.工艺过程的冲击旋转挤压作用表征是关键,文中采用基于动态应变仪的测量系统,实现了冲击旋转挤压过程的实时测量;在弹性变形和过程能量守恒的条件下,厚度、弹性模量将对TC4薄板板件所受的压缩应力产生影响;并采用有限元分析的方式,确定了冲击杆端部与TC4薄板接触部位所受应力的情况.从而建立了外加载荷与工件上所受作用力的关系. After welding,TC4 thin-walled structure shows large welding deformation.Welding with impacting rotation compression was utilized to solve this technical problem.The amount of impacting rotation compression stress is a critical influencing factor of the technology.In order to know the stress value,the measuring system including dynamic strain indicator,resistance strain gage and self-made base were developed to measure the complicated impacting rotation compression process.Based on the elastic deformation and energy conservation limitation,impacting rotation stress received by the TC4 thin plate was influenced by Young's module and thickness.Then,the loading distribution of the interface between impacting rod and thin plate was explained by finite element method.The stress relation between external loading and TC4 thin plate received was determined.
