足底筋膜炎治疗的进展 被引量:28

摘要 足底筋膜炎是导致足跟痛最主要的病因,普通人群约有10%患此疾病。导致足底筋膜炎发病的主要诱发因素有足弓先天异常、肥胖、过度运动、双下肢不等长以及足踝部筋膜弹性不足、腓肠肌挛缩等。当过度运动或长时问站立时,由于脚趾背屈及纵向足弓的拉伸作用,导致足底筋膜的张力增高,长时间的张力载荷即可导致足底筋膜的急性或慢性损伤。
