Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-1Er-0.6Zr

摘要 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,研究了Mg-1Er-0.6Zr合金在铸态、挤压态和时效态的室温组织和力学性能。结果表明,在温度为300℃,挤压比为16:1时,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为206.5MPa、78.5MPa和25%,比铸态时分别提高了28.4%、8.6%和150%。挤压后时效处理,强度稍有提高;但固溶后再时效其强度明显降低,塑性也有所降低。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-1Er-0.6Zr alloys in as-cast,extruded and aged state were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of as-extrued Mg-1Er-0.6Zr alloy at 300 ℃ with extrusion ratio of 16 reach 206.5 MPa,78.5 MPa and 25%,respectively,improved by 28%,8% and 150%,comparing to those of the as-cast alloy.The strength of the extruded alloy after aging treatment is increased slightly,however,it is greatly decreased after solid solution with re-aging treatment,and elongation is decreased slightly also.
