摘要
通过合金制备、微观组织分析和力学性能测试等方法,研究了热处理工艺对Mg-Zn-Zr合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,对Mg-5.5Zn-0.5Zr合金进行固溶时效和直接时效都能够改善其显微组织,并提高合金的室温和高温力学性能。直接时效效果和固溶时效效果相当甚至略好,但其工艺步骤简单,操作方便,能够有效地优化Mg-Zn-Zr合金的热处理过程。
Through alloy preparation,microstructure observation and the mechanical properties test,effects of heat treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of the Mg-Zn-Zr magnesium alloy have been investigated.The results show that,the microstructure of Mg-5.5Zn-0.5Zr alloy can be improved by solid solution(380 ℃×12 h) and aging(190 ℃×12 h) treatment,and mechanical properties at room temperature and at high temperature can be increased effectively.Direct aging treatment exhibits the equivalent or even better effects with the solid solution treatment,meanwhile,it has the advantages of simple processing procedure and convenient operation,optimizing efectively the heat-treatment process of Mg-Zn-Zr alloy.
