心脏移植围手术期重度肺动脉高压的雾化吸入伊洛前列素治疗 被引量:2

摘要 肺动脉高压是心脏移植的高危因素,对其的准确评估和正确处理是预防术后右心衰竭的关键,同时也是提高心脏移植成功率的重要因素。我们观察了伊洛前列素(iloprost)在治疗心脏移植围手术期重度肺动脉高压中的疗效,现报道如下。
