原发性肺动脉内膜肉瘤1例
摘要
患者 男，45岁。咳嗽、胸闷5月余，加重1月余。查体：患者颈静脉稍充盈，心率83次／min，心尖部可闻及2／Ⅵ级收缩期吹风样杂音。外院增强CT示最大截面左肺动脉约5．9cm×2．1cm，
