多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术在健康体检人群防癌普查中的应用评价 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术在人群防癌普查中的意义。方法应用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术对6 189人健康体检者进行12种常见肿瘤标志物检测结果分析,对阳性检测结果选用雅培(Abbott)I2000进行复核。结果 6 189名健康体检者中筛查出190例肿瘤标志物阳性,总的阳性率为3.07%。其中男性检出阳性标本97例,在男性健康体检者中阳性率为2.96%。阳性指标中CEA所占比重最高,阳性百分比为77.32%;女性检出阳性标本93例,在女性健康体检者中阳性率为3.19%。阳性指标中以CA125所占比重最高,阳性百分比为51.61%。Abbott I2000对阳性标本复查,有9例结果不一致,其中包括2例CA199、1例PSA、2例CEA、1例β-HCG。检测到高浓度肿瘤标志物时,多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片升高的幅度与Abbott I2000有区别。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(C-12)克服了单项指标测定肿瘤标志物灵敏度低、漏检率高的缺点,对无症状人群的早期肿瘤筛查具有重要意义,在健康体检中有较好的应用前景。 To evaluate the application of the multi-tumor marker protein chip technology in general health examination for cancers,total of 6 189 individuals were recruited in this study.Twelve kinds of tumor-associated antigens level in all 6 189 subjects were detected by the multi-tumor marker protein chip technology,and the positive results were rechecked with Abbott I2000.In the 6 189 examples,we found out 190 examples with positive tumor markers,and the detective rate was 3.07%.Of them,97 male samples showed positive result and the positive rate was 2.96%.Positive indicators of CEA accounted for the highest proportion of positive rate 77.32%.In women subjects,93 cases were found positive and the positive rate was 3.19%.CA125 was the highest in all positive indicators which accounted to 51.61%.Then we rechecked all the positive results with Abbott I2000,and found that there were 9 cases have different results,including CA199(2 cases),PSA(1 cases),CEA(2 cases) and β-HCG 1(2 cases).The increasing range of multi-tumor marker protein chip technology demonstrated different with Abbott I2000 in detecting high concentration of tumor markers.In conclusion,the multi-tumor marker protein chip technology(C-12 system) has higher sensitivity and lower missing rate than single index technology,and could be used in early tumor screening of symptom free subjects.
