摘要
为量度区域可持续发展态势,本研究以海拉尔河流域为研究对象,使用生态足迹供需模型对其生态建设和流域可持续发展做出分析和评价。结果表明:2009年较2000年人均生态足迹增加了1.69hm2,人均生态承载力增加了0.09hm2,人均耕地面积增加了0.084hm2;2000年生态盈余为1.73hm2,而2009年生态盈余快速降低到0.13hm2,加剧了海拉尔河流域社会经济发展与生态环境压力之间的矛盾。
In order to assess the regional sustainable development situation, this paper takes Hailaer River Basin as the research target to analyze and evaluate the ecological construction and sustainable development situation by using the supply and demand model of ec ological footprint. The results indicate that compared with those in 2000, the ecological footprint per capita has increased 1.69 hmz , the ecological carrying capacity per capita has increased 0. 09 hm^2 , and the farmland areas per capita has increased 0. 084 hm^2 , respectively ,in 2009. The ecological surplus in 2000 was 1.73 hm^2 , but is only 0. 13 hm^2 in 2009, which results in increasing contradictions between the socio-economic development and eco-environmental pressure in Hailaer River Basin.
