中美高校图书馆部门设置比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Settings of University Libraries Sections in China and the United States

论文选取美国常春藤院校8所高校图书馆和国内985院校中的16所图书馆进行网站调查分析,通过调研网站上的业务部门设置及组织结构图,了解中美高校图书馆的部门设置现状,并重点从资源建设部门、机构发展与对外服务、人力资源管理、合作共享和教学科研服务这几方面,来比较分析国内外高校图书馆的部门设置不同,以此为国内高校图书馆的发展提供借鉴意义。

This paper selects the libraries of the eight Ivy League institutions of the United States and 16 libraries of Chinese 985 universities as samples . Through website investigating their sections＇ setting and organization chart, it analyzes the current situations of library departments between China and the United States. And, from such aspects as the resources construction, institutional development and external services, human resources management, collaboration sharing and teaching and research services to compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the university library sections setting, it concludes some suggestions for the development of Chinese academic libraries.
