中美高校图书馆电子与纸质资源配置差异思考

On the Configuration Difference Between the Electronic and Paper Resources of Chinese and American University Libraries

中美高校图书馆电子与纸质资源经费配置在不同类型高校和不同出版形式文献上存在明显差异。结合阅读理论,论文认为美国高校图书馆资源配置较为合理,我国高校图书馆应借鉴学习,基本上放弃配置报纸,以纸质图书和电子期刊为主,并针对研究型、教学型、教学研究型三类高校图书馆的具体情况进行配置。

There is significant difference between electronic and paper resource allocation funds in different types of universities and different publishing form of literature in American and China universities library. According to the reading theory, this paper believes that the American university library resources configuration is more reasonable. Chinese university library should give up the newspaper configuration basically, and give priority to paper books and electronic periodical primarily, and configure resource according to the research, teaching mod- el, teaching research three kinds of the specific conditions of the university library.
