摘要 英国农村小规模学校教育的有效性不仅受到自身缺陷的限制,同时还受到外部环境的制约。在面临发展困境和政策激励的双重背景下,英国农村小规模学校用非正式和正式两种合作方式来实现其可持续发展,在合作过程中注重对学校合作方式的调查研究,选择循序渐进、因地制宜的合作方式,坚持互惠互利、合作共赢的合作思路。 Educational effectiveness of small rural schools in the UK not only limited by their own defect,but also constrained by the external environment.In the context of the difficulities and excitation of policy, small rural schools have chosen informal and formal cooperation to achieve sustainable development.Cooperational model of small rural school in the UK have innovated the way of adjustment of schools;Focused on research of cooperational model in the process of collaboration;Choose cooperational model by step-by-step and line with local conditions;Insist on cooperative ideas of mutual benefit and reciprocity.
