摘要
英国农村小规模学校教育的有效性不仅受到自身缺陷的限制,同时还受到外部环境的制约。在面临发展困境和政策激励的双重背景下,英国农村小规模学校用非正式和正式两种合作方式来实现其可持续发展,在合作过程中注重对学校合作方式的调查研究,选择循序渐进、因地制宜的合作方式,坚持互惠互利、合作共赢的合作思路。
