Application and Research of Scientist Network in Plant Sciences Research

摘要以中国科学院专业领域知识环境(SKE)为基础,探索建立面向中国科学院上海辰山植物科学研究中心知识发现需求的植物领域科学家网络。通过对底层本体、应用界面、实验视频拍摄等关键技术的研究与开发,初步形成以实验视频知识库为个性化特色的植物领域知识环境并在用户中逐步推广使用。 Based on the Subject Knowledge Environment（SKE）, the paper tries to construct scientist network in plant sciences research with the requirement of knowledge discovery of Shanghai Chenshan Plant Science Research Center. Through researching and developing key technologies including Ontologies, user interface and video filming, a plant sci- cence knowledge enviornment with personalized characters is built and applied.
