摘要
对太阳电池串联后参数相同和不同两种情况进行研究与分析。求解出各单体太阳电池串联后的短路电流Isc、开路电压Voc、最大功率点电流Imp及最大功率点电压Vmp,组成一个新的太阳电池参数组,根据同一块太阳电池在相同的温度和照度,不同二极管品质因子、串联内阻和反向饱和电流下,输出的光生电流和短路电流相等的理论,提出一种基于MATLAB求解n、Io和Rs的假设运算方法。应用这一算法求解出新的太阳电池参数组中的n、Io和Rs。并对3个不同和相同参数的单体太阳电池串联分别进行实验仿真,结果证明了所提方法的正确性和可行性:理论值与实验值的误差小于2%。
The parameters of series solar bettery with same and difference were studied, it is solving the four characteristic parameters of the new serial solar panels: the short circuit Isc, open circuit voltage Voc, current Imp and voltage Vmp of maximum power, which formed a new solar battery parameters. Through theoretical analysis and simulations, it is found that when the temperature and irradiation are the same the output photocurrent of the same piece of solar cell and the short circuit remain equal although the diode quality factors, series resistance and reverse saturation currents are different. Based on the conclusion, a new method was proposed that it is the value of n, Rs and Io can be got by MATLAB programming, then it is solving the new value of n, Rs and Io of serial solar panels. The simulation experiments were made for individual solar cells parameters with same and difference. Results demonstrate that the method proposed is correct and feasible; the error of theoretic values and experimental values is smaller than 2%.
