摘要
以可溶性的乙醇钽为前体,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成可见光响应光催化剂K4Ce2Ta10O30。XRD、SEM、BET以及UV-Vis等表征手段表明通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的K4Ce2Ta10O30具有分布均匀的纳米颗粒(20~40nm),比表面积高,光吸收红移近30nm。并且在可见光下(λ>400nm)分解水的活性测试中,溶胶-凝胶法制备的样品比高温固相反应获得样品具有更高的光催化分解水活性。
Visible light-driven photocatalyst K4Ce2Ta10 O30 was prepared by Sol-Gel process using dissolvable precursor tantalum ethoside. The XRD, BET, SEM and UV-Vis characterizations indicated that this sample prepared by Sol-Gel process showed more fine crystal particles (20-40nm) and higher specific surface areas than that from conventional high temperature reaction methods. As for their photocatalytic activities for water decomposition under visible light irradiation (λ 〉 400 nm), the sample from Sol-Gel showed higher H2 evolution activities as the result of the higher surface areas, higher active sites for reaction.
