世界各国在后金融危机时代,已经掀起对金融消费者的法律保护高潮。我国当前对金融消费者的法律保护还处在萌芽状态。因此,在梳理我国金融消费者法律保护的现状下,借鉴域外的相关法律保护制度,完善我国的金融消费者权益具有一定的理论和实际意义。

After the financial crisis, all the countries in the world set off the legal protection of the financial consumer. Our country＇s legal protection of financial consumers is still in its infancy. So, in the current situation of the legal protection of our country＇s financial consumers we can learn from foreign related legal protection system to improve the Chinese financial consumer protection law system.
