摘要
在激励理论的视角下,以大学生自主学习原动力影响因素为焦点,把大学生自主学习激励路径作为落脚点而展开研究。文章运用了问卷调查研究方法,收集了大学生自主学习原动力影响因素的各项数据;采用了SPSS数据分析软件对各影响因素对大学生自主学习原动力进行相关性分析。结合数据分析结果,分析了不同激励类型下的大学生自主学习原动力的激励路径。
This essay, starting from the way of encouraging autonomous learning motivity of college students, discusses the interferences in autonomous learning motivity of college students from the perspective of motivation theory. The paper gathers the data regarding the interferences in autonomous learning motivity of college students through questionnaires and survey, and conducts a relevance analysis on the interferences of selfstudy motivity of college students using the SPSS data analysis sottware. Combined with the results of data analysis, the paper analyzes different excitation type of students' autonomous learning motivity.
