文章分析了当前"用工荒与就业难"存在的原因,明确高校就业指导课在此背景下的重要意义,对就业指导课的现状及存在的问题做深入地论证,针对就业指导课在教学模式创新、师资队伍建设和实践方面,提出了具体的对策与建议。

The reason of labor shortage and difficult employment was analyzed in this paper to explicate the significance of the course Guide to Employment under this background, and to make in depth demonstration of present situation and the existing question. Some specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in view of employment guidance course in teaching mode innovation, teachers team construction and practical aspects.
