“红袖添香”草莓的贮藏及品质分析 被引量:2

摘要 以草莓新品种"红袖添香"为材料,研究比较了纸箱冷藏、5%CO2与10%CO2气调贮藏对草莓品质的影响。结果表明:5%CO2气调达到最佳贮藏效果,21d冷藏加1d常温货架后,好果率达到100%,保持了果实的质量,而此时纸箱冷藏好果率仅为56%。 With strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.cv.‘Hongxiutianxiang’) fruit as materials,storage experiment under stored in cartons and controlled atmosphere package of 5%or 10% CO 2 at(0±0.5) ℃ were studied.The results showed that 5% CO 2 treatment kept better fruit qualities than those of control.After 21dat 0℃and additional 1dat ambient temperature,the rate of good fruit in 5% CO 2 treatment was 100%,but only 56%in control.
