The causes resulting to difficult learning to vocational students are comphcated, lnCluamg internal psychologicalfactors and external environment factors.To achieve their conversion,more measures should be taken;to correct their attitude towards learning and stimulate their motivation in learning;to improve their learning enthusiasm with the help of moral education,emotion education and personality education;to highlight the psychological assistant to promote their psychological level;to enforce the training in learning strategies to promote their learning efficiency;to improve the internal learning environment on campus to offer better extemal conditions.
