摘要 导致高职学生学习困难的原因,既有其内部心理因素,也有其外部环境因素。要实现学困生的转化,必须端正其学习态度,激发学习动力;通过道德教育、情感教育和人格教育,提高其学习积极性;加强对学困生的心理辅导,提高其心理水平;加强学习策略训练,提高学习效能;改善学校内部教学环境,为学生的学习提供良好的外部条件。 The causes resulting to difficult learning to vocational students are comphcated, lnCluamg internal psychologicalfactors and external environment factors.To achieve their conversion,more measures should be taken;to correct their attitude towards learning and stimulate their motivation in learning;to improve their learning enthusiasm with the help of moral education,emotion education and personality education;to highlight the psychological assistant to promote their psychological level;to enforce the training in learning strategies to promote their learning efficiency;to improve the internal learning environment on campus to offer better extemal conditions.
