摘要
通过对我国有代表性的40篇研究劳动关系评价指标体系的文献进行系统分析,秉承求同存异的原则,构建一个比较公认的劳动关系评价指标体系,具体包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标、30个三级指标。
Through systematic analysis of 40 representative literatures about evaluation index system of labor relationship in China,this paper,adhering to the principle of seeking common grounds and reserving differences,sets up an evaluation index system of labor relationship,which can commonly be accepted and recognized.The system consists of 3 first-class indexes,8 second-class indexes and 30 third-class indexes.
