随着知识经济和经济全球化深入发展,知识产权日益成为国家发展的战略性资源和国际竞争力的核心要素。本文在总结中国科学院知识产权研究与培训中心已开展的培训工作基础上,系统分析了中科院知识产权培训工作的形势和面临的挑战,并对其继续加强知识产权培训工作进行了探索和展望。

With the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization, intellectual property is becoming the core elements of the strategic resources and international competitiveness for national development. On the basis of a summary of the training that the Chinese Academy of Sciences Intellectual Property Research and Training Centre has carried out, this paper analyzes the situation and challenges that the Academy＇s intellectual property training is facing, and explores and prospects how to continue to strengthen the intellectual property training at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
