有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者42例,将42例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组采用有限内固定加外固定支架治疗,对照组采用传统内固定治疗。术后对患者进行随访,并以MAZUR标准评分。对实验组和对照组的骨折愈合时间和评分优良率进行比较。结果:实验组的愈合时间明显少于对照组,实验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有限内固定加外固定支架具有创伤小、愈合时间短以及恢复情况好的特点,明显优于传统内固定,建议大范围临床推广。 Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of external fixation combined with internal fixations in the treatment of comminuted tibial fracture. Methods: 42 patients with tibial fracture were collected. The cases were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly with each group 21 cases. The subjects of the observation group were treated with external fixation combined with internal fixations. The subjects of the control group were treated with traditional internal fixation. The patients were followed up and grade according to MAZUR. The fracture cure time and the excellent rate of score were compared in two groups. Results: The fracture cure time of the observation group was less than that of the control group. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: External fixation combined with internal fixations is more effective, less injury and less recovery time in the treatment of comminuted tibial fracture. It was better than traditional internal fixation. It was suggested to be popularized.
