摘要
目的分析荧光素钠应用于眼底荧光造影的安全性及不良反应特点。方法对河南大学淮河医院2008年3月—2011年4月726例眼底荧光造影患者不良反应发生情况进行记录分析。结果 726例患者中发生不良反应患者共49例,占6.74%,均为轻中度不良反应,无重度不良反应及死亡病例发生。不良反应发生率男性高于女性(χ2=4.66,P<0.05),中壮年患者不良反应发生率高于青少年(<20岁)及老年组(60岁)(P<0.05)。结论荧光素钠应用在眼底血管造影时,是一种相对安全的。
Objective To investigate the safety of fundus angiography with fluorescein sodium. Methods A group of 726 consecutive cases of fundus angiography were observed and the adverse effects were analyzed. Results There were 49 cases （6. 74% ） of adverse effect occurring in the total 726 cases. 49 cases were mild or moderate adverse effects, no case was severe adverse effect and death occurred. The incidence rate of adverse effect in male was significant higher than that in female （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence rate of adverse effect in 20 - 60 years old was significant higher than that in teen - agers and old people （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions FFA is a safe examination in fundus angiography.
