摘要
目的通过去除部分舌侧骨质拔除阻生齿的回顾性分析,探索总结拔除阻生齿的方法。方法回顾分析拔除的238颗阻生牙齿,全部采用舌侧进路的方法暴露阻生齿,并使根部阻力支点尽量向根部移位,在去除近中阻力后,用牙挺自颊侧向舌侧挺出,记录相关数据。结果手术时间最长者67min,最短者16min,平均31min,并无严重并发症发生。结论舌侧去骨是拔除阻生齿的一种有效方法。
Objective Through analyzing the extraction of impacted tooth of lingual bone, to summarize the treatment of extraction of impacted tooth. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 238 impacted tooth, all of the lingual approach exposure of impacted teeth, and the root to root resistance pivot shift, after removal of nearly of resistance, with the elevator from the buccal lateral lingual out, recorded the related data. Results Operation time of up to 67 minutes, the short 16 mi- nutes, with an average of 31 minutes, without any complications. Conclusions Extraction of impacted tooth of lingual bone is an effective method.
